ABOUT US

Dear Reader,

A warm welcome to the first
edition of Options, Fresh
Ideas for Healthy Living.

Firstly, I would like to
congratulate Michelle, whose
vision and spirit of adventure
brought the magazine to life.
Huge thanks to Deborah for
her tireless and creative
dedication, to Beth, Matthew,
Greg, Anneke and Mary for
their  help and support. And
to all our contributors who
gave so generously of their
time, knowledge and
expertise – Thank you all!

I hope you will enjoy the
voyage from a joyful home
birth to the challenge of our
senior years – and some
helpful hints for what comes
in between.

When we took our first
excited steps into this
venture we were unprepared
for the flood of information
and ideas that would quickly
overflow the space available.
So be sure not to miss our
next edition for more
informative articles and some
new topics that include tips
for organic gardening,
conservation issues, and our
search for outstanding
Australians who have dared
to make a difference.

We invite you to join us on
this journey of discovery to
explore the limitless options
that empower us and enrich
our lives.

Best wishes,  Ed.
